Folios 179-180: Philip Hue, Regulating Officer, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Responds to an enquiry concerning James Mark and Thomas Wiley, both American citizens. He states James Mark was sent ashore on the 30 ultimo, having been surveyed by Dr Cockrane of the Sick and Hurt and also by Charles Cudlipp, surgeon of the Actaeon, and found unfit to serve.
