Folios 173-174: Philip Hue, Regulating Officer, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. Responds to an enquiry concerning the impressing of Archibald Muir, previously the mate of the sloop Bells of Campbeltown, a vessel of not more than fourty nine tons. He states he was impressed in the manner described in the letter by Mr Richard Jones to the Admiralty.
Folio 175: enclosure with folios 173-174. A certificate of departure, dated 20 February 1799, issued by the Port of Belfast to Archibald Muir, mate of The Bells of Campbeltown.
Folio 176: enclosure with folios 173-174. A certificate of departure, dated 20 February 1799, issued by the Port of Belfast to Peter Ryburn, master of The Bells of Campbeltown.
Folio 177: enclosure with folios 173-174. A affidavit by Peter Ryburn, master of The Bells of Campbeltown, dated 15 May 1799 stating Archibald Muir is the chief mate of said ship.
Folio 178: enclosure with folios 173-174. A cargo manifest issued in the port of Sligo for The Bells of Campbeltown bound to Liverpool on 19 November 1798.
