Description

Folios 171-172: Philip Hue, Regulating Officer, HMS Actaeon, Liverpool. He requests directions concerning two men, John Kelly and Searsfield M Fitzgerald, both detained subsequent to his arrival by orders issued to Lieutenant Aitchison. Additionally he supports the petition by two members of the crew, John James and Michael James, to serve in any ship.
