Folios 147-148: Joshua Sydney Horton, HMS Fairy, Spithead. He reports has Boatswain, William Greenfield, has been violently afflicted with rheumatic complaints and no longer finds himself fit for his duties. He has requested a move to HMS Moselle laying in Portsmouth harbour. He supports the application and requests a new Boatswain is appointed to the Fairy.
