Folios 108-109: George Hope, HMS Majestic, The Downs. Responds to an Admiralty enquiry prompted by his previous letter concerning ringleaders amongst his crew. He states there is no mutiny and he has no concerns other than taking the opportunity to ensure the most vociferous are seperated when drafted to other ships. He states the man who took command of the ship at sea from Captain Westcott, by the name of Mortimer, is still in her. If required he will transmit the names of those who he believes should be seperated.
