Folios 549-550: Richard Hill, Regulating Officer, Jersey. Encloses the Rendezvous Report for Jersey . Asks for leave of absence for a month to transact important affairs in England.
Folio 551: enclosure with folios 549-550. List of men procured by Lieutenant Francis Messervey. approved by Richard Hill, at the Rendezvous in Jersey under the command of Richard Hill between 29 April and 27 may 1799. Gives time of entry and discharge for each. Dugall Mc Phial, Seaman deserter from HMS Bouncer gun brig, discharged on board HMS LIberty. Joseph Britton, Seaman, deserter from HMS Beaver, discharged on board HMS Danae, Philip Glyn and Manuel Joze, volunteers, Able Seamen, and Philip Carry [Cany?] and William Edward, volunteers, landsmen, all discharged on board HMS Danae.
