Folios 179-180: Graham Eden Hamond, HMS Champion, Sheerness. Asks for his complement to be increased from 155 to 165. The ship had a complement of 160 and carried 26 guns. Since then owing to the Regulation of the Boys the complement has been reduced to 155 and she has had an additional 8 guns which she can carry but they have difficulty manning.
