Folios 168-170: Thomas Hamilton, Sea Fencibles, Faversham. Following their order he visited Captain Popham and confirms their opinion of his deranged state of mind. His mother has been written to and Admiral Keeler will send him to her as soon as it is proper to remove him. He will have a report about him from Mrs Popham and if they approve he will make it known to them.
