Folio 140: Charles Hamilton, HMS Melpomene, Spithead. He has brought round from Plymouth ordnance stores of 7 gun boats which are now on the Gunner's charge. The Officers of the gun wharf refuse to take charge of them until they have an order from Sir Peter Parker who has referred him to them. Therefore asks for an order.
