Folios 221-222: Richard Hill, HMS Tromp, Liverpool. Reports receiving as many prisoners as possible on HMS Tromp. The Able a Brig taken up by Lieutenant Fisher Agent for Transports, has also her prisoners on board 210 in number. If the wind turns favourable he will sail tomorrow. HMS Havick still remains wind bound. Inclosed [not present] are the weekly accounts for HMS Tromp.
