Folios 214-215: Richard Hill, HMS Tromp, River Marray. Report Mr Stephens late Purser of HMS Tromp left the ship on 2 June 1798 and Mr Charles Ross the present Purser appointed to succeed him on the 3 July 1798. Request that the whole of the Accounts from 7 March 1798 be transferred to the latter Purser.
