Folios 136-137: Charles Herbert, HMS Amelia, Barnpool. Report that on the trial of the Mutineers of HMS Amelia it was proved that Dennis Sullivan had declared his resolution of perjuring himself to screen the Prisoners & invited others to do the same & concerning him a particularly dangerous Person to remain with such a Ship's Company as HMS Amelia's. He requests his removal.
