Having been ordered to report to the Isle of Man and Lieutenant [Edward] Archdall having signified to you of joining in a few days I dispatched my luggage to Liverpool. Claim for expenses of £3-6s-9d. [Folio 51] Lieutenant [Charles Oliver] Worth, Bristol. To Admiralty. Dated 26 November 1798. Replies to Letters dated 16 November 1798 and 22 November 1798. We cannot repay you the expenses you have incurred in your baggage travelling from Bristol to Liverpool and back, without permission from Admiralty.
