Folios 201-202: Lawrence William Halstead, HMS Phoenix, Milford Haven. He reported in his letter of 29 January that HMS Phoenix had sustained damage in the last gale. There has been no opportunity to repair the damage, and they have now found that the Bowsprit was sprung in 2 different places.
