Folios 176-177: Michael Halliday, HMS Woolwich, St Helens. Reports that Jonathon Costoloe, appointed Purser of HMS Woolwich, died yesterday. As he anticipates sailing any time and may not be able to receive directions, he will apply to Sir Peter Parker or Captain Dacres for orders regarding appointment of an Acting Purser.
