Folios 239-240: David Hotchkis, HMS Puissant, Spithead. The Boatswain of his ship has not served sufficient time to qualify for supperannuation but is in such an infirm state as to be unable to undertake his duties. He has negotiated an exchange with Joseph Marsh, Boatswain of HMS Warspight. He asks for exchange warrants to be granted.
