He asks for Walter Downing, James Tipper and George Withers to be paid bounty as they eneterd onboard HMS Tisiphone and HMS Vulcan immediately before they sailed and tuirned overto HMS Nemesis abroad. Another entered HMS Sultan convalescent ship 2 months ago.
