Folios 181-182: George Home, HMS Glory, Spithead. Having pass his accounts as Commander of HMS Defiance, he complains of the delay in receiving his pay contrary to the Act of Parliament which states that Officrs should rceive their pay as soon as their certificate isissued. His Agent has been unable to collect his pay at London or Sheerness as the ship's company of HMS Defiance has not yet been paid.
