Folios 266-267: John Gascoyne, Regulating Captain, Limerick. Reports that Lieutenant [Philip] Wright impressed Henry Davies and that the enclosed Certificate of Protection does not correspond with his appearance or description and he has been detained for service.
Folios 268-269: Enclosure with folios 266-267: Certificate of Protection, dated 17 April 1811, for Henry Davies, apprenticed to John Morris on 1 November 1810 to serve at sea. Contains a description of Henry Davies.
