Folios 254-255: John Gascoyne, Regulating Captain, Limerick. Encloses Weekly return of Men & Boys raised at Limerick. Reiterates, following the Admiralty letter of 11 May 1813 that the Rendezvous would be broken unless there was an considerable increase in the number of men raised, that he and Lieutenant [Philip] Wright and the gangs have been making every exertion to procure more men but volunteers do not come forward and arrivals at the port in recent weeks have been confined to the Coasting trade whose crew are mostly protected.
Folio 256: enclosure with folios 254-255: Weekly Return of Men & Boys procured by John Gascoyne and his Lieutenant at Limerick between 9 June 1813 and 16 June 1813.
