Reports that Edward Thornbrough, Vice Admiral, has ordered HMS Earl Spencer, which had been sent to the Irish coast with stores for the Signal Station, to take the newly raised disposable Men and Boys to join HM Fleet. Encloses a list of the 16 men and boys taken on board on 2 June 1813.
