Folios 188-189: James Alexander Gordon, HMS Seahorse, Spithead. Reports his arrival at Spithead with specie from Jamaica. Encloses a copy of his Orders, a log of proceedings between 23 March 1813 and 8 May 1813 [item not present] and a Report of Defects of HMS Seahorse.
Folios 190-191: enclosure with folios 188-189: Copy of Orders, dated 20 March 1813, Charles Stirling, Vice Admiral, HMS Argo, Port Royal Harbour to James Gordon, HMS Seahorse. Directs James Gordon to take on board HMS Seahorse such specie as the Merchants may wish to embark and put to sea the next Tuesday morning to Spithead.
