Folios 166-167: enclosure with folios 164-165: Copy of orders, dated 20 March 1813, from Charles Stirling, Vice Admiral, HMS Argo, Port Royal Harbour to James Alexander Gordon, HMS Seahorse. Directs James Gordon to receive on board HMS Seahorse any specie as the Merchants may want to embark and put to sea the next Tuesday to Spithead.
