Folios 243-244: James Galloway, HMS Princess, Liverpool. He writes that the Admiralty will shortly receive his and Captain McLeod's assessment of the 56 men and boys recently impressed by Lieutenant Morgan from the American Ships in Loch Foyle of whom 22 were emigrants and the remainder volunteer and impressed men from along the coast. He requests orders from the Admiralty as to what to do with the 22 emigrants. If they are ordered to be discahrged, to where should they be sent? He also asks permission to detain the Barbara Johnson until the arrival of the Rosa tender
