Folios 205-206: James Galloway, HMS Princess, Liverpool. He reports that when he and Captain McLeod were examining the impressed men, they discovered that one, Thomas Cox, had a short arm which he could not lift above his head. On consulting the surgeon, it was agreed he was unfit for service andCaptain Galloway asks for permission to discharge him.
