Folios 165-166: James Galloway, HMS princess, Liverpool.
A letter to captain McLeod had ordered the discharge of Michael Morris as he is not fir for the service. He is so poor that he has only the clothing provided by the navy and cannot pay the amount required for it. Galloway asks for instructions and refers to a previous letter dated 26 November 1810.
