Reports that the petty officers, boys, seamen and Royal Marines belonging to the ship have all performed in an exemplary manner between 24 April 1810 to 25 May 1811 while he was in command. He asks that the members of the crew be granted long leave as they are on board HMS Salvador before joining other ships.
