Refers to the enclosed letter concerning William Mansfield who wishes to remain on the ship as his previous vessel HMS Sceptre has sailed. Asks that he be given a warrant for HMS Dryad.
Folio 144-144a: enclosure with folios 142-143. Edward Galwey, HMS Dryad, Plymouth Dock 15 may 1811 writes to Admiral Sir William Domett asking that William Mansfield continue as master at arms as he was only acting as such on HMS Caesar and was appointed to HMS Dryad by Sir William Calder.
