Folios 116-117: Thomas Graham, London.
Replying to a letter dated 20 April 1811 he states that Lieutenant Perry Dumaresque, previously of HMS Africaine, was reported absent without leave. He states that Dumaresque quitted the ship some days before she was paid off and could not be found to sign the ship's book or necessary papers. He believes Dumaresque to be a good officer who believed that the ship was paid off.
