Reports that he has nearly 200 supernumeraries on board and is receiving 10 more each day. Asks that the revenue cutter HMS Success be put under his command so that she may sail to Plymouth Yard and return with sufficient bedding for men on board HMS Princess. Admiral Sir Robert Calder had ordered the tender HMS Eliza to sail for Liverpool on 25 January 1811 but she had not yet arrived.
