Description

Folios 223-24: James Galloway, HMS Princess, Liverpool.

Acknowledges receipt of a letter dated 26 January 1811 and states the case of Thomas Carter alias Thomas Catherall who came from the rendezvous on 15 December 1810 as a volunteer. Later he was identified as a deserter from the Royal Flints [sic] Regiment.
