Folios 164-166: Edward Grey, Regulating Officer, Hull [Rendezvous]. Reports that yesterday that there was landed from the Dutch Nation a Brig of War the Manly of 16 Guns (Prize to HMS Onyx, captured on 1 January 1809) seventy Prisoners. Has been informed by Lieutenant Garrett the Prize Master that there are several Portugese and Danes among the Prisoners. Requests to be informed if he is allowed to enter any of them for His Majesty's Service should they be so disposed and by what nations he may be allowed to take. PS The prize is dismasted and has lost all her Anchors and Cables in the last very severe Gale.
