Folios 269-271: Edward Grey, Regulating Captain, Hull. Receipt of orders to impress from Protection. From ships in the harbour and the road they took 85 but when they were regulated only 7 could be kept. Describes why the others could not be impressed. He dispatched Lieutenant Fox down to the entrance of the Humber with orders to stay 4 days and impress from any ships that arrive.
