Folios 102-104: Henry Richard Glynn, Regulating Captain, Poole. Replies to a letter concerning raising men. Every effort has been made. He attributes the small number raised in the past year to the scarcity of Seamen and to not having a tender as previously, as the |Seamen were enabled to land outside the harbour. He cannot undertake to say more men will be raised this year but he the service under his command will not be neglected.
