Folios 477-478: Edward Grey, Regulating Officer, Hull. Lieutenant Andrew Lessley had on board the tender Sheerness his sons as midshipmen following his wife's death. Now he is also dead, Grey has received an application from their aunts and sisters to discharge Charles, the younger, a boy of the 3rd class, so he can be sent to school.
