Folios 474-475: Edward Grey, Regulating Officer, Hull. Reporting that HMS tender Sheerness commanded by Lieutenant Fox arrived in Hull. As he does not have an impress warrant, he requests one to be forwarded to Hull. He encloses a report of the ships in the Humber.
Folio 476: enclosure with folios 474-475. Daily report dated 6 March 1804 by Edward Grey of ships and vessels in the Humber.
