Folios 445-446: Edward Grey, Regulating Officer, Hull. Reporting that Lieutenant Andrew Lessly has died and the tender sailed to the Nore. Lieutenant George Reenor intends to apply to HMS Sheerness but he considers him unfit for such a command. He encloses a report of HM Ships in the Humber.
