Folios 425-426: George Grey, HMS Royal Charlotte. Reporting that he found on board HMS Amelia George Henderson and Joseph Sutherland, who ran from duty at the Dockyard 21 March 1804 and William Ralston who answers the description in the enclosed American certificate [not present].
Folios 427-428: enclosure with folios 425-426. Letter dated 5 January 1804 by William Allen Proby, HMS Amelia, Downes. Reporting on John [Frich?], Joseph Sutherland, George Henderson, William Ralston and James Campbell and their status.
