Folios 415-416: George Grey and Edward James Foote, HMS Royal Charlotte, Hope Reach. Inclosing a list of the company on HMS Mary, Royal Charlotte and Princess Augusta and 3 men belonging the Mary who have not joined HMS Prospero. He recommends James Dobey, James Chapman and John Moore as worthy of promotion and be discharged into HMS Royal Charlotte. As the crew of the Mary has been ordered to proceed with the Prospero to the Nore, no-one has yet been discharge.
