Folios 255-256: Walter Grossett, HMS Port Mahon, Portsmouth.
Requests the replacement of the long six pounders belonging to HMS Port Mahon with eighteen pounder carronades. Owing to their weight they impede her very much when at sea and renders it impossible to keep the lower parts of the ship dry.
