Acknowledges the orders to proceed to Spithead with HMS Childers, HMS Sylph and HMS [?] taking from Paignton men that could be moved and hospital stores. Owing to bad weather was unable to get on board all the stores. Also mentions that HMS Childers has sailed to Spithead.
