Reports due to strong winds has had to bear up to Dungeness Roads in company with HMS Royal Charlotte and that Captain Sir Harry Neale nor Lieutenant Brown have joined HMS Royal Charlotte and so directed Lieutenant Forte to take charge of her to Weymouth.
