Folios 303-304: Edward Leveson Gower, HMS Pomone off Goree.
Informs their Lordships that one French frigate was in Flushing being dismantled after being damaged in a violent gale in the Ostend Roads but another French frigate and the Pluton of 64 guns remained in Flushing ready to go to sea. He got this information from a smuggler he boarded the day before.
