Folios 282-283: Anselm John Griffiths, HMS Atalante, Spithead. Having increased the complement of HMS Atalante to 110. He submits for consideration, the propriety in the present mutinous days, of granting him another Lieutenant, being at present only allowed one. He requests one junior to Lieutenant George Hills, so that he can serve as First Lieutenant.
