Description

Folios 274-275: Edward Griffith, HMS Diamond, Plymouth Sound. As HMS Diamond is ordered to sea and there is not time for the Court Martial to take place (which he requested Sir Peter Parker [(1st Baronet of Bassingbourn)] to apply for) on a Royal Marine belonging to HMS Diamond. Requests to be allowed to withdraw his letter on that subject. He will punish the man myself.
