Folios 261-262: Edward Griffith, HMS Diamond, St Helens. It appearing from the report of the Carpenter of HMS Diamond that HMS Teaser Gun Vessel wants a great deal of caulking. He has in compliance with their orders directed Lieutenant Thomas Lowton Robins her Commander, to proceed in her to Spithead and make good these defects.
