In passing his accounts as Captain of HMS Camilla between 19 March 1794 and 3 December 1795 there appears some deficiencies in the compartment of Boatswain's expenses, supplies and returns of stores caused by the inattention of my clerk. Is to request you will be pleased to solicit you grant as order to dispense with the same to make me to receive my pay.
