Folios 210-211: Thomas Graves, HMS Cumberland, Spithead. Reply to letter dated 11 November 1799. Acquaints that the Lieutenants are:- Lieutenant Richard Dechamp, Lieutenant George Gray, Lieutenant George Cumyns and Lieutenant James Noyce are now at their duty. That Lieutenant William White the 1st and Lieutenant William White the 2nd never made their appearance and that Lieutenant William Mather made his appearance on 18 October 1799 and was removed, as he is informed, to HMS Gladiator on 29 October 1799.
