Folios 208-209: Thomas Graves, HMS Cumberland, Portsmouth Harbour. The bearer, Mr John Wilsher - Carpenter of HMS Cumberland, reported absent without leave on 25 October 1799, having made his appearance on board on Sunday last and informed me that extreme and sudden illness having been seized by fits, to which he is very subject. I recommend him as a subject worthy of their pity and compassion.
