Folios 189-190: Charles Grant, HMS Tisiphone, Yarmouth Roads. Reports his arrival in Yarmouth Roads with the following vessels:- [List of 9 ships with cargos]. Captures under the Islands of Ameland [West Frisian Islands] by the Boats of His Majesty's Ships:- HMS Circe, HMS Jalouse, HMS Pylades, HMS La Espiegle [L'Espiègle] and HMS Tisiphone, also the [?] from London to Emden sent in by Captain [Robert] Winthrop of HMS Circe & the Galliot De Jonge Otto Buysch Blecken from Gixon Bound to Hamburg laden with Rum the cargo of which vessel appearing to me very suspicious.
